It’s been months since I have been looking for ways to exercise at home. Since I became a Mom, it has been more than difficult to find time for exercising or working out, leave apart going to the Gym. Stepping out of the house even for a morning walk is so tiring and exhausting that I prefer sleeping in for 30 more minutes than moving out of the house.

I’m sure same is the case with most of the Moms who are either new Moms or are well into the journey of motherhood – tied up with chores and responsibilities from all ends!

In such a case, I believe that there are 3 ways to exercise at home when you’re a Mom:

You, along with a group of your mom friends can organize a workout party twice or thrice a week, where all of you can meet at one Mom’s place and workout for half an hour or more.
